"Michele with Ashley Berry State Farm office was warmly welcoming as I entered their office without an appt or any previous history of business with them . She listened to my concerns , needs , as I had just moved to this new area and my husband was suddenly no longer able to drive . She provided me with pages of information and options for auto insurance . There was no pressure to purchase a coverage . She encouraged me to take the information home , review , get other quotes … and that she would be there if I decided to go with State Farm . "Ashley Berry Insurance has been the best State Farm insurance agency we have ever had. Unfortunately, we had a tree fall on the house a few years ago and my wife had no idea what to do other than call the agency. Within an hour or so Ashley showed up to help walk her thru the steps to have the tree removed from the attic to the roofers to tarping afterward. Of course assistance with the claim followed. The agency was with us thru the repair process. As far as I’m concerned, Ashley Berry and the rest of the agency are all first class people and top tier business people. They have always gone above and beyond expectation! We have complete trust in everyone at Ashley Berry State Farm Insurance with all of our insurance needs. We have referred numerous family and friends and hear nothing but great things about their experience!!"
